to Sept 29. Meandering along the paths in life, Wendy Haffner searches for stolen moments of beauty. Her paintings speak of mystery and change, dealing with emotion, inner and outer growth, shadow and light, and the past and the future. Each piece has a personality of its own, a unique expression of some small moment in time that has captured her attention and imagination. These fleeting moments such as the beauty of the light shining on the branches of a tree create a wondrous palette, a kaleidoscopic dance of shadow, light, and colour. An exhibition in Joe’s Lounge.
