Come and tap into your inner Goddess through the powerful movements that make up Raqs Sharqi (Belly Dance)
Each class begins with a fun cardio warm-up and then a grounding to help us each tune into and connect with our bodies.
You will learn the basic movements of Belly Dance with options of layering and fun combos for all levels.
Each class ends with a Goddess card circle. Coin hip scarves are provided for in class use.
Please bring a water bottle and dress comfortably. Looking forward to dancing with you!
