From an early age, Kat devoured every Dr Seuss book, was entertained tirelessly by Roald Dahl, and watched with intense curiosity the animation styles of Mary Blair in movies like “Alice in Wonderland”. With her own work, she imagines each illustration through a narrative lens, using bold colour and organic motions to make warm and playful pictures.
